  The website was very easy to navigate, and locating the part required straight forward, and if you have your model and serial number of your appliance it is easy to check if you have selected the correct part. At checkout you have the choice of different delivery options I chose standard delivery and the order was dispatched and delivered within three days. All in all an excellent service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend and use Espares again with confidence.

  Easy to fit O rings that I found difficult to obtain until E spares . Delivery and packing 1st class . I did order the wrong type by mistake but I sent the parts back FOC and a refund in the bank within a week . Great service

  Exactly what I needed to eliminate water leaking from my Karcher 18 May 2017

  I came upon E-Spares whilst searching the internet for replacement 'o' rings for my 20 year old Karcher, to be delivered to my address here in Spain. My initial enquiry to E-Spares was answered very quickly, asking the washer Model number and part number of the component to which the 'o' ring needed to be fitted and guidance how to find these essential numbers. After I sent the required information, plus photos to assist. An email was sent back to me with correct component and an order form. I received the 'o' rings today, they fit perfectly and I no longer get wet feet when using my pressure washer. Thank you E-Spares for your advice and help.

  Fixed my old Karcher pressure washer 14 March 2017

  My pressure washer was running erratically, stopping and starting even when I wasn't spraying. I thought the machine was broken and might need to be replaced. On closer examination I found that an o-ring on the hose had broken. It look a few moments to replace it and it is now working well.

  I ordered the right ones. One fitted. I found it difficult, but that's me; female, arthritic, and mid seventies. Hellish difficult but I didn't give up. My washer worked wonderfully thereafter - but I left it connected for next time because connecting was so hard to do.
