Genuine manufacturers replacement. A bit overpriced considering the plastic version is under half the price, however I would never fit a plastic one in an oven. Connections are easy, just have to dismantle half the cooker to fit it

Perfect fit for my cooker so having read other reviews I knew it was important to get every code number spot on. Used the chat line service which was very helpful. Item arrived with delivery as requested. Had needed to make an adjustment to this but customer care sorted this out efficiently. Electrician fitted the item easily with no problems. Happy to continue using this company.

Excellent service ordered a cooling fan 20:30 and was delivered next morning at 09:45 , website checked the part was correct for my appliance fitted and oven back in service .

Cooling fan only fitted today. The original fan was metal but the new one plastic. The screw holes for fitting the fan were not threaded which made it difficult to fit. I will see how things go.

Fantastic service great products 15 November 2014
Bought new fan for diplomat gas oven as it was defective after fitting discovered PCB was also defective. New PCB ordered online at 4.30pm and I received it 11am next day brilliant service. Both products great quality and the website is excellent I'm a returning customer. Everything seems to be from stock. This is how online spares should operate!

Fan seems to be good quality and was changed out in ten minutes, all you need is a Philips screw driver.
