  What looked to be the end of the microwave was easily fixed once the side covers where removed the bulb was easily located . A quick trawl through e-spares and a new bulb was on its way! Easy fix.

  Great Alround Service 25 January 2012

  Knowledge and helpfulness at E-Spares very good. Order acknowledgement very good. Delivery very good. Great saving over genuine manufacturer's part- a third approx. Not easy to install but this due to microwave manufacturer design-once inside an absolute doddle to fit but same problems reassembling and reinstalling.

  Ability to get the right thing 14 January 2012

  A bit of a delay in delivery but this may have been due to Xmas/New Year. Product received in good condition, well protected, and once fitted it worked!!! Good to know where I can locate these bulbs as the manufacturer no longer stocks them.

  The fitting on the bulb is not the correct one for a Panasonic NNK652 microwave, but it is a fairly simple job to swap the fitting off of the original bulb and on to this one. In all other respects the bulb is identical to the original. The hardest bit is relocating the outer casing of the microwave.

  simple process to purchase and install 05 February 2011

  I bought this universal bulb with some doubts, as i was not sure whether it would fit into the existing fitting. I was surprised at how easy it was to fit considering it was a universal buld. It is truly universal!
