  EF86B Cyclone Filter 08 October 2014

  I originally tried to order this replacement filter through Electrolux direct, it had to be returned to them because it didn't fit and the quality was poor in comparison to previous filters purchased. I then turned to espares for a replacement and the same thing has happened again, not blaming espares, I believe it to be a quality issue at Electrolux. Will be returning this filter to espares as well.

  OK once I received a replacement 05 May 2014

  I have bought these filters previously from Espares without a problem. However, I received a filter which, although it had Hotpoint on the box, was a flimsy cheap copy and was impossible to fit into my vacuum cleaner. After a number of emails to customer services, I received a replacement several weeks later. This time it is a full Hotpoint quality product and fitted perfectly. Perhaps the problem was caused by one of their suppliers but, it created problems for me with the added inconvenience of having to pack up the phoney filter and take it to the Post Office to mail back to espares. Although, they did arrange post paid.

  The first part requested was Vacuum Cleaner EF86A HEPA Filter our stock no ES551536. This was obviously incorrect for your machine and was replaced for this filter (EF86B). Both filters are Electrolux original parts not Hotpoint.
