  Very easy process for finding the right spare 19 April 2021

  I happened on this business by chance when trying to find a replacement washing machine drum paddle. Selecting the required product was easy using the search engine and the product was with me in under 5 days. Having never fitted a paddle before the accompanying video was really helpful. The returns process was really well managed too, with contact made at all the required times. I always use espares for anything I need first!

  Total waste of time and money 14 March 2021

  Bought original part, will not clip and stay in. Yes, it's the genuine part, yes I've repositioned the locating clip, yes I'm locating the lugs, yes I've watched all the videos. IT DOESN'T WORK. A complete waste of time and money - don't bother buying these, just take your old broken paddles and screw them into the drum with self-tapping screws. Hotpoint, Indesit etc. should quit with nasty cost cutting rubbish like this and go back to using stainless steel paddles built into the drum that are maintenance free.

  This was the easiest and quickest repair ever. These paddles just slot into the washer drum. The quality of the replacement was good as it seemed to be a better plastic than the original.
