  Not the best of designs 03 December 2013

  The actual grill pan itself is fine and sturdy but it's the handle attachment that spoils it. Why a detachable handle when a fixed one would fit in the appliance just as well? It just is not safe. Pulling the grill out by this detachable handle is fraught with danger when everything is hot. One tap against something and the whole thing destabilises and the handle shifts and if you're not very quick indeed the lot falls to the floor! The handle comes off so easily unless you keep it at an acute angle to the grill which is difficult to do with the make of cooker I am using it with. There is so little space for manoeuvre! And the marks that identify the exact place on the grill rim the handle has to be put in order to keep it safe cannot be seen when the grill is under the heat. I would not buy another and will look out for a different grill with a fixed handle.

  Bad Product 16 September 2013

  I made do with my old handle off my old grill pan because the handle on the new one would not fit I did this because I did not want the hassle of sending the product back if l use your service again I hope your product is better quality than my last item. From a very disgruntled customer.
