  I purchased this product as I am now 70 and getting fed up almost having getting hernia each time I need to pull my washing machine out to clean behind it. I watched your video on installation and must say you make it look so easy and far from reality. Firstly, you ignore the fact that washing machines have front and rear levelling adjusters. Secondly, the brake is almost useless as the lever does not hold and keeps slipping. To make it hold firmly you have to pull the lever fully under the roller. If you do that then you have to lift the device to unlock. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase. A redesign of the brake is required.

  Watching the video they looked so good but in practice they wouldn't fit my tumble dryer as there are screws in the way at the edge even taking the feet of they wouldn't work the only place that they would fit is near the middle and that made the dryer unstable the lip on the rollers are very short so wouldn't grip and the brake is no use I tried to fit on a small chest freezer and the same thing with the base not being flat so disappointed with my purchase

  Bought 3 of these a few weeks ago. Easy enough to fit but the brakes dont really work and can still be rolled when the brake is down. Wouldnt purchase anymore.
