  I was dubious buying an unauthentic spare for my Hotpoint washing machine but I needn't have worried. Excellent product, looks different, works the same and at probably half the price. I will definitely use this site for more spares.

  Does the job but not as good as the original hose 22 April 2014

  There was no filter fitted within this replacement hose, I do not know how significant this may prove to be. The thickness of the hose was less than the original and was thus prone to flattening when bent. Apart from theses points the hose works well

  We moved our washing machine following a kitchen refit. The drain hose was the perfect fit & allowed the machine to be fitted into its new position. We also bought a cold water hose & a drain hose.

  I am very pleased with the product. I ordered one off the internet in the past and it was not according to the washing machine's specs(not being a UK assembled machine). The universal hose fits exactly and the water inlet pressure is the right one. So thank you for a good service delivered. P.S. I however expected the delivery time to be much quicker.
