espares help desk were able to identify the correct seal for my aging machines and deliver it the following day, first class service. Having watched the video twice and then again step by step I was able to remove the old seal and fit the new one without any unforeseen problems, the video really did explain the process step by step. Washing machine door seal 09 January 2018
Got washing machine door seal and fitted it in about an hour. Was a bit fiddly, had to take the concrete weight out to get to the inner drum. All is good now and don't have to paddle across the laundry floor to get to the toilet!

The product matched the original perfectly as promised ( part number matched the serial number of the machine according to web site) . Fitting was a breeze after watching the online video.

The gasket is a perfect fit and seems sturdy and durable. With the help of the espares video and an extra pair of hands to steady the gasket on the washing machine rim, this was an easy task.

Replaced seal within an hour 12 September 2017
This took longer to put back together than the rest of the works. I watched the video step by step and copied ( or believe I did) to take the front off though, I did not need to remove the two screws on the right of the front of the machine ( where the door clips in), as these two screws just hold the lock switch on the front and it is not necessary to remove these. I removed the top as per video, then the control panel. When it comes to the front of the machine, just take out the screws at the bottom, the front of my machine was just held on by two lugs near the top, you push up and the front comes of, I didn't need to remove the door switch screws. I was really pleased with the purchase and the video, changing the tyres on my bike are harder than this, I was very pleased!

I did a belt and braces by finding the part on the website them making a phone call to double check it was the correct part. I didn't want to discover on delivery the part was wrong and have to go through the process of returns and ordering another part The person I spoke to was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. 10 out of 10.

Ordered compatible door seal for my Bosch washing m/c that e-spares web page said would fit. paid for next day delivery. Received it at the time I was e-mailed only to find it was different size to the one I took out (disaster, wife wanted washing pronto). Went through procedure to return which went great, called customer service explained my predicament and was told only genuine part would fit, bought and received seal next day delivery, fitted it using excellent video on web site. Marriage saved Over-all, very pleased with service from e-spares
