  the reason I have given 4* rating overall is because of the following :- although the tool was good it was not like for like as my original tool was much shorter and easier to manipulate into corners I will use this at the moment and continue to search like for like . I wrongly a summed that it would be exactly the same as the one supplied with my vax machine on purchase.

  Good product, but.... 08 January 2021

  I was looking for a couple of accessories for my VAX cleaner and so listed the items under the search term of 'Vax Power Stretch Total CCMBPDV1T1 Vacuum Cleaner Spares'. There is a note against the product to say that the (universal) item was for a 32mm fitting. It seems that my model CCMBPDV1T1 cleaner has a larger fitting than that - the part received does not fit. HOWEVER, I have another cleaner (different make) which the part does fit, so am happy in the end. The lesson is that the buyer should check his/her own device if the espares universal item specifies a size - don't assume that its list of parts for your model is 100% correct. To espares' credit, I have previously ordered many items from the company and this is the first time I've encountered any issue.
