  Good purchase - fits like glove 18 October 2023

  Purchased item as the fitting description was very accurate and described the install process accurately. The carbon filter fitted very easily & simply. Older spent item removed and discarded (recycling options would be fantastic). I also purchased two round carbon filters as reduced price was offered, good value and sorted for next year, these items extended life of the cooker hood. Uses recirculated air and cooking odours (not unpleasant) greatly diminished. Also used with paper and carbon filter on cooker hood screen. Good product.

  The kitchen feels better now this appliance has been thoroughly cleaned and the old grease-laden filter has gone. The helpful video really did help! It was delivered within the expected time, too.

  Not a flush fit 11 May 2021

  Whilst the replacement carbon filter is supposed to be compatible with my Creda 45011, I found it does not fit flush to the fan. The genuine carbon filter has a large circular hole to accommodate a plastic insert whilst this one has a small hole that does not sit around the protruding plastic correctly.

  Despite being described as suitable for my extractor hood, it was not a perfect fit. In order to ensure that the filter fitted snugly into its mounting, several washers had to be used to ensure that the retaining screw was a tight fit. I've had this problem before with this model, however on other occasions the fit has been perfect.
