  Hinge Blocks/ Bearings Good value for money as opposed to calling in a fitter. Fiddly to fit rather than technical. Would certainly get them again and fit them myself.

  Necessary purchase 08 May 2012

  I was pleased to be able to get spare parts for my Creda tumble drier door which fell off! The parts are flimsy though and I thought that the hinge bearings would be part of the actual door part so hadn't realised I had to purchase these separately. Not sure how long they will last - after all they are only bits of plastic!

  Door hinge bushes 26 December 2011

  The door hinge on our tumble dryer broke. I easily found a replacement on ESpares and their web site suggested I might like to buy these bushes too. Good job I did, as I needed them because the tang on the metal door hinge had sheared off and was embedded in the one of the old bushes. The whole job took 10 minutes, including cleaning up the inner parts of the door.

  Good service and simple fit, but beware! 22 September 2011

  Firstly, I was pleased to receive a telephone call to confirm - and correct - my order (there are very many spare parts for many products, many of which are similar). Secondly, the parts ordered (including the bearings, which had confused me) arrived in good time. However, I discovered that the plate into which the hinge screws fit is not secured; so had to remove front panels to recover. Perhaps I should have watched the video showing the hinge replacement, rather than only that for the bearings, which was very good.

  Don't forget to replace these a the same time when you change the door hinge. 16 September 2011

  I almost didn't order the door hinge bearing at the same time as I order the hinge. Glad I did as I only discovered that bearings were damaged after I removed the old ones.

  Difficult to fit but worth it in the end 27 January 2009

  Door fell off tumble dryer ended up having to buy a hinge and also hinge bearings. The hinge bearings are plastic and not really value for money but needed to fit the new hinge. It was a bit fiddly to repalce the hinge bearings but worth it in the end. Postage was a bit steep too (£2.99) as they weigh very little and the package was small.

  satisfying job 26 January 2009

  The bearings were exactly equivalent to the broken ones so fitted perfectly. The inner door panel needs gentle but firm prising to access the area (after removing the screws)but otherwise the replacement was easy. Remember to fit the hinge to the bearings before replacing panel!

  Again a quality issue because I couldn't believe a manufacturer can make a washing machine door held on with these two bitty bits of plastic! Fitting a bit tricky, but I did it and I've never attempted anything like that before!
