Suitable replacement for damaged filter 09 October 2013
Was able to identify the replacement part from both the picture and the dishwasher reference numbers. Our dishwasher is one of the 2000+ AEG models this fits. Locks in a slightly different position to the one it replaced.

Just what I'd been looking for 10 June 2011
I had tried several times to find the filter for my dishwasher without success, so I was thrilled to have found one on this site. It seems a little larger so fitting it through the base filter hole is not as easy, however, once past that it fits perfectly and does the job well. It's extended the life of my dishwasher, which was obviously not washing well with a broken filter.

Not quite on a par with the original,which had a stainless steel inner filter.This one has a plastic one &the construction&the material used is a little flimsy compared to the original part. Apart from that it is giving excellent performance!

Improvement on original 15 September 2010
The Holes are spaced out more, and it looks far less likely to choke with debris. The Mesh basket inside is a larger diameter, and again will allow more flow when greasy. Better performance and easier to clean.
