  I purchased this product under pressure from the wife for our old tumble dryer which had a door that had been hanging off (part broken) for several years. The new one arrived and is a diifferent size entirely to the old one. I phoned espares to check it was suitable for fitting and was told that it was. Some five minutes or so later it was fitted easily enough and does the trick entirely. Saved me a load of money too on having to buy a new model!! After twenty years the old one still keeps working fine, touch wood!!

  Simple replacement job 20 February 2018

  Five minutes to take off the old one, transfer the clear plastic "porthole" to the new one & fit it to the machine. I even salvaged the hinge & peg from the old one just in case. Cheaper than a new dryer!

  Great replacement 05 February 2017

  This door has everything you need attached, the hinge and the catch. The description of the product only says hinge included but the catch is there as well. It is simplicity itself to fit all you need is a No2 and a No1 Phillips screwdriver. Take the old door off, (2 screws). Remove the glass from the old door,( 6 screws) and fit to the new one. Refit the door to the dryer and your done. It took me no more than 20 minutes. it's so easy I think even my wife could do it

  Drier now as good as new. Need to transfer door window from old door, otherwise complete. Easy to fit. Expensive for what's in it, but cheaper than a new machine

  Disappointed 21 September 2015

  When ordering the spin dryer door I expected the door in its entirety: instead it turned out to be the frame only. There was no plastic window or even screws to attach it. Fortunately I had kept the old door and was able to make the necessary alterations.

  dryer door rim replacement 06 September 2014

  Item arrived promptly and well protected. I was a little nervous about tackling this, but in practice, was very straightforward. It took less than ten minutes and my dryer is now working again. Much cheaper than any other option. I'm rather chuffed, to say the least.
