  Very surprised to be able to buy spare for 20 yr old dishwasher.Had to subsequently buy seperate handle to fit and this turned out to be 2mm wider than the original so a little gentle filing down was required.Now work well after tricky fit

  Part arrived promptly as required. The whole front of the dishwasher had to be removed - online videos always seem to show the top third being 'easily' taken off to access the switching unit - typical that my machine was different :-) A trip switch attaches to the bottom of the old unit and is removed by releasing plastic lugs at the side - after isolating power of course.Two metal lugs hold the unit in place - these are bent to the side and the unit is then easily removed. I replaced the broken door handle at the same time - it clips onto the switch unit - then its a case of re attaching the trip switch, putting the whole assembly in position, lining up the metal lugs and bending them back over the plastuc clips . I'd suggest taking a photo of the original unit in place - it helps with lining up the lugs etc. Test the door opens and closes before re attaching the front panel.

  Overlooked video showing how to replace dishwasher door lock. Clear instruction and easy to follow. Went ahead to order the spare part which was delivered next day. Followed the fitting instruction. All done easy job.

  bought a Neff dishwasher catch and a handle from E spares thinking the spares for this product would be obsolete and difficult to obtain however I was pleased to come across the web site Espares not only did they have the spares they showed you how to fix the spares on a short video the up shot is my dishwasher is working good as new can I say your customer service deparment is second to none.thank you once more Dave Beck.
