  Customer had several slightly loose tiles in her hallway and the grout had cracked around them. Removed all the grout and squeezed the product into all grout lines. Bit fiddly to get it to sink down but a little coffee stirrer did the job😀. Wiped off the excess and weighted the tiles down. Gave it a couple of days to go off and then regrouted as all tiles felt secure👍

  Really great product, really easy to use even for diy first timer. A few of my kitchen floor tiles were sounding hollow when tapped but 2 tubes did the trick.

  A bit messy ,drilled holes as video,but still had remove loose grout. Glue flow very freely, let it sink in joints and top up and go allround tile.Then re grout so far no wobble.

  Easy to use, effective 16 June 2020

  Had a few floor tiles come loose, didn't want to risk lifting them to repair since they are discontinued and couldn't match them if they got damaged, so thought this stuff was the answer. Following the excellent instruction video here, the cement was easy to use and seems to have worked very well, obviously time will tell how long it lasts for but so far very pleased.

  Excellent product 18 November 2018

  Great product, works well. Fitted floor tiles with underfloor heating and the adhesive had obviously slumped leaving 2 moving slightly. Used this to great effect. My tips... just make a small hole in the tube seal as the product flows quickly through it (I used a bradawl), squeeze gently to stop back flow, take your time to make sure enough of the product gets under the tile.

  This product does exactly what it says, it was easy to use and fixed the problem tiled areas perfectly. I would highly recommend this to anyone, with only one caveat you will use more than you think you were going to.

  Good product does what it says, fixed a squeak on a timber floor . Product doesn't seem to be available in Irish hardware stores. Why not .?
