  Bought this for my 91 yr old mum who'd been getting very upset trying to use the remote with her digibox. Took 3 minutes to set up, is SO easy (as long as you have your original remote to pair with) and has made her TV channel hopping a lot easier. Wouldn't go back to the old remote myself now!

  Bought for my 97 year old grandmother . Absolutely perfect so easy to set up , programmed all buttons in less than 5 minutes (don't know why others say it's noteasy) Grandmother is very pleased with the simplicity of use , and can see all buttons very clearly. Highly recommend.

  This was purchased to assist an elderly aunt in a care home who has some restricted finger movement and who had a complicated and small buttoned remote which came with the TV. It appears to be of good quality and the buttons are large enough so that she can press them individually and well marked so that she can see then easily. I found programming the control not so easy having to repeat the process several times. This is my problem but I did not realise that when the instructions say "programme each button" that it included the on/off, volume up & down and the programme up & down buttons as well although I discovered this in due course when none of these worked! I have still not managed to programmed the programme-up button despite several attempts but as she is unlikely to use this function it doesn't really matter especially as she is having no problem in using the remote control for the purpose that she wants.

  WARNING YOU NEED YOUR ORIGINAL REMOTE TO BE WORKING TO SET UP 24 December 2015

  You need to have a working TV remote control to be able to set up this remote as you have to configure each button with the corresponding button on the original control. I wanted a replacement remote because my original was working erratically so setting it up was something of a nightmare. It's working fine now and seems well made.
