  Good toothbrush - not as expensive as other options 13 August 2015

  Bought 2 of these as my wife and mine original 5000s stopped working soon after each other. The 5000s were 9 years old and one replacement battery each - so no complaints there and a lot to live up to. So far - after a week the 2500s are ok. Lighter than the 5000, battery has so far lasted 7 days and no light on for recharging. We only ever used the normal setting on the 5000 - so the 2500 will be fine for our needs. The 30 second time is the same as the 5000. The 'too much' pressure warning is better than the 5000 as this is a red light near the toothbrush head. You can't miss it! The only main difference is you need to cycle through the the settings to switch the toothbrush off. Not so much of an issue here as there are only 2 settings - but I imagine this is annoying for the 3000 and 4000 with the additional settings the 2 models offer. You obviously don't get the smart guide in the 2500 - but there is an app you can download which looks like it does a similar job on your smart phones. However I don't thing smart phones and sinks are a good combination do still to try this as yet. The black outer skin looks good and the travel case will do the job well. All in all I'm please pleased so far - at less than half the price of the more expensive big brother.

  Just the job !! 10 August 2015

  I had recently noticed from looking at my Toothbrush head used with a different Oral B model that I was probably using too much pressure. When I saw this offer I realised this was exactly what I needed. Very fast service and everything I expected from the Toothbrush - plus a few espares thank you goodies as well. Super!!!
