The product I needed was in stock the appliance compatibility is a great tool to see if it would fit the correct appliance. Site was very easy to use product I needed wasn’t very expensive was dispatched the same day and received my item the next day via DPD for £2 extra on delivery will definitely order from you again :)

So glad I bought a Hotpoint washing machine as I was able to order a handle when it broke. Ordered at 2.30 and was delivered next day at 1.30. used an online video for instructions. No problem. Thanks. Can't complete this review🤔🤔

How one door handle saved Christmas 2020 02 January 2021
Christmas Eve, my strong and helpful teenage son decided to “assist” with a load of washing and inadvertently broke the washing machine door mechanism. The washer was full. I was not happy. Having screamed, cursed and finally googled the remedy to manually open the door, I then began thinking that spending £100’s on a new washing machine was an expense that we could ill afford... and so Google found me this site and a replacement door handle for considerably less. I had a glass of Christmas wine, and sent a plea to Santa, and placed my order... Being Christmas I didn’t expect much. My parcel arrived without a sleigh and reindeer, but with no less anticipation and excitement (if one can be excited about a door handle) and without instruction... this was not a hindrance. It was not yet even New Years Eve. As the snow fell, I solved the puzzle, fixed the door, and tentatively placed in the first load of washing, hoping like hell that the door wouldn’t leak. It didn’t. It is fixed. The part was perfect. The service was excellent. The washing is clean. Would suggest only that, for those that don’t like solving puzzles, some instructions are perhaps included. Oh, and top tip to avoid the additional stress? Don’t ask teenage sons to help with washing machines on Christmas Eve.

It did not arrive with latch assembly fitted. So after 10 mins on youtube working out how the spring assembly fitted i got it back together. Works fine. Great replacement

Ordered and delivered the next day, fit our washing machine door perfectly. Remember to take photos of how your handle was fitted! Watch the video and a few more on you tube then changed our handle - works perfectly! So glad we bought this and did it ourself as relatively easy to do. Took about 30 mins to change.

Worked perfectly and saved money 25 June 2020
Brilliant experience from start to finish. Watched the espares YouTube videos on how to open my washer/dryer and then how to (easily) fix it. Simply put my model number in their webpage and got the correct part no fuss, was even delivered quicker than the estimated time!! Took 10 minutes to repair and the part was exactly the same as the original. I was quoted by a known repair company £119 and a 2 week wait just to come to have a look at my wash/dryer but instead by going directly to Espares it cost £13 and was fixed in 3 days. Couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience.

Unable to get this part locally having been told it was not available from the manufacturer for at least three weeks. Having dealt with espares before I went on line. espares had the exact part and in the correct colour. The price was more than compatible with other suppliers and I had next day delivery. By two o’clock the next day the part had arrived and had been fitted. All was fine thank for excellent service,I have no hesitation in recommending espares to any of my friends and whoever reads this review.
