  When it arrived, which was very prompt I was really pleased with the quality. However, when I adjusted the wire shelves they did not stay where I had pulled them out to. So when I put them in the oven the shelf collapsed. The grill pan was good but of no use to me without the shelf. Espare's though have been brilliant, I spoke to a real person who was very nice and let me return the pack I had ordered without any fuss.

  Does the job but the shelves themselves are quite flimsy compared to manufacturers supplied furniture. It does fit but the depth of the shelves is slightly narrow for the average size oven. Universal fit for a reasonable price.
