  When it arrived, which was very prompt I was really pleased with the quality. However, when I adjusted the wire shelves they did not stay where I had pulled them out to. So when I put them in the oven the shelf collapsed. The grill pan was good but of no use to me without the shelf. Espare's though have been brilliant, I spoke to a real person who was very nice and let me return the pack I had ordered without any fuss.

  Great replacement 26 December 2013

  Bought this for my daughter who had just moved into her first house. Product exactly as described the fitting was very easy ( just slight adjustment on the shelves, but it is designed to do this) great value for money. Gave a neglected oven a second lease of life.

  I was quite impressed with this product the only issue I have is the extending shelves. Instructions advises to make sure that the locking pins are in place for safety reasons. Although they were in place I found that the shelf seems to retract too easily, which could be quite dangerous.

  Great to be able to get what I needed without having to get a whole package of things I didnt need or have to buy a new cooker. Sturdy and sound product. So glad I found espares, just the little I have purchased from them has saved me so much time and money. Would recommend to anyone.
