  Analogue Multimeter 10 April 2013

  A handy little piece of equipment that will save time checking out circuits and fuses.I would have preferred it to have a facility to clip it up. For vertical testing, holding the meter, two leads and the component under test can be a juggling act or requires a second person this is not a problem when horizontal or bench working however for the price I certainly can't complain

  Prompt delivery and appears to be good value for money. Shame about the instruction booklet as it seems to have been written for those with a knowledge of electricity. I had to view the espares video on how to calibrate the device and how to check if a switch working. No instructions for curcuit or battery testing.

  This multimeter is excellent value for money and simple to understand and use. It does not feel very robust, so don't throw it down the stairs, but if you want that, you could pay many times more. This does the job for someone (like me) who needs a multimeter now and again

  The Mulimeter as a mate. 18 March 2013

  Analogue multimeters can be your best mate when you want quick indications of what is going on. Is the fuse blown? don't wait for rolling numbers, the needle swings to tell you now! Under the floor dark and dusty, is the supply to the pump on, or off? Put the prods in, the needle will tell you instantly by torchlight whether you poke your fingers in or not! Back in the workshop/shed you can get very good measurements with this unit. Check the video if your not sure, but if you have grown up with the Avo, you should be OK, except this little mate pop's into your pocket, nice one!
