  Your youtube vid on how to replace it was spot on, the only small thing that may be of use to someone is my screw for the inner retaining ring was difficult to access and tight so I started it off using a 7mm open end spanner so as not to risk damaging the screw head. The lip on the plastic outer drum had quite a bit of dried fluff on it so I cleaned that off with a damp cloth before fitting the new seal as well. It arrived well within the time slot given by the delivery driver, overall, the job went very smoothly, took me just under an hour and a half.

  Product was fine but fitting was very difficult and time consuming. Could not fit the outer sealing ring so made an alternative fixing method as the video, although excellent, was not clear on this point.

  Quality replacement from manufacturer 01 June 2017

  The seal itself is very good quality. Pretty straightforward to remove the original seal, including inner and outer springs. It was however difficult to refit the inner metal spring but I got there in the end. It would be better if the inner metal spring was of the same design as the outer. Everything however now fitted, and working as expected

  Most annoying purchase 11 June 2016

  Our washer/dryer door seal developed a small tear and water started to seep out of the door. The only solution was to replace the seal. I was initially shocked at the price, but the seal is quite complex. I ordered from espares and they delivered the correct seal in a couple of days. Fitting the new seal was 100 times more difficult than the utube videos but we got there in the end and everything is now working well.
