  The old Heating Element was tripping the RCD. Ordered a new one on next day delivery, after watching the espare video it was literally a 5 minute job to fit.

  eSpares saves the day! 21 April 2013

  I was working away from home and received a phone call from my wife saying that the washing machine had failed. Too late to book an engineer I looked on eSpares' website and ordered the part on the Saturday. It arrived on Monday (I even received a text to say the 1 hour slot - very handy) and by Monday evening the new element was fitted and working. Absolutely AMAZING service from eSpares! The only hard part was getting the old heating element out, but if you check the many online videos you'll see that it requires brute force and a pair of good pliers to remove the old element.
