  Easy fit but ! 05 January 2017

  Arrived very quickly well packed fitted perfectly so all good but replacing one I bought off you and fitted 18 months ago. That replacing the oigional lock again lasting approx 18 month. There seems to be a design flaw as the locks really shouldn't fail so quickly

  Fairly easy to fit! 15 May 2016

  I had bigger problems with the old broken handle! I couldn't open the dishwasher door and had to remove the lid of the dishwasher with two screws on the back. You will then see the plastic part that the door catch latches on to. I removed the two nuts holding it in place and basically jiggled it free by lifting the plastic door clip over its retaining bolt. It doesn't look like this part has any design changes so it may fail again, as the handle basically comes down to 2 small plastic clips inside which snapped over time. I tried to put two self tapping screws in their place, but there wasn't enough room for the part to operate. At least its not hard to change and inexpensive! If the door opens... And after disconnecting all the electricity, remove the front panel with the 6 top most screws on the inside of the door, unplug the two cables going in to the handle. I took note of which one went where, not sure if this is important as its only a simple switch. There are 4 screws around the handle, remove those and the part comes off easily. Simply do the reverse to fit the new part, paying close attention to the cables running around the handle, so they do not get trapped.
