  Sorry to say that after a trial of just one unit our washer still smells .Not sure why as we use a water softer all the time . Perhaps it needs several units before it works .

  A bit of a disappointment 21 August 2017

  To be honest, I’m quite disappointed with this product. I’d hoped it would be better than other similar products but unfortunately it wasn’t. I followed every step of the procedure detailed in eSpares’s video – I thoroughly sprayed a warm solution into the detergent drawer and scrubbed it and sprayed and wiped around and within the door seal, finishing by pouring the remaining solution into the machine and running a hot wash. The product cleaned the detergent residue well, like other products, but it still wasn’t effective on limescale nor did it eliminate the stale odour within the machine.

  First time purchaser and user of this machine cleaner. Very easy to use, as per instructions. Good value for the price. I live in a hard water area. However, no noticeable difference to date. Maybe after further uses I'll be able to give a better opinion.

  disappointed 27 July 2015

  I purchased this hoping it would clean the rubber seal on my washing machine. Unfortunately it did not work. I shall replace the rubber seal as no product will shift the black marks. This no way will stop me from purchasing from ESpares again.

  Not sure about this product 24 March 2015

  Used the product and the machine was clean and fresh smelling, but the next time I used the machine it dumped all the water on my Kitchen floor, don't think it was caused by the product but have now had to buy a new machine so cannot tell if it has worked or not

  Doesn't clean the detergent/softener tray 22 March 2015

  Identifies it removes the limescale & detergent build up in washing machines, well as you put it in the drum it doesn't touch the detergent /softener tray and the pipes leading from the tray to the machine. Hence my 2 star review. Still have that grotty job of cleaning the tray and surrounding area.

  Did not seem effective 14 December 2014

  Added to washing machine, ran on hot wash as instructed. Machine still emitted a stale odour next day. Overall seemed more of a gimmick than a genuine solution. Will not be re-ordering

  May work on limescale but doesn't work on encrusted washing powder 27 October 2014

  I live in a soft water area and this product is sold as a removing washing powder residue in all water areas. Our washing machine has powder residue in the drawer and in the chute to the drum so I bought some to try, but instructions are to put the powder in to the drum which bypasses the powder delivery route. Tried soaking the Powder drawer in the product in hot water overnight but it didn't touch the encrusted powder.

  Not for my machine! 07 August 2013

  Didn't remove bits floating in water in my machine after 6 uses! Smell is still there also May be a good product for some but just didn't work for me!
