  After months of avoiding the last bit in the kettle we are now filtered again. Wish I had found espares sooner it was quick to find exactly what I wanted, to order and arrived quickly and appropriately packaged. Espares for all my spares now

  Kettle filter conundrum 05 April 2013

  Good product to replace original. Fitted perfectly once I sussed out which way round it fitted. Made the mistake of removing old one and throwing it away without noting which way round it fitted (the curve is towards the water in the kettle).

  Due to the part being quite fragile, it took three attempts to receive it undamaged in the post. On the third attempt the part arrived and fitted ok.

  Found the filter very good quality difficult to fit but thats the products fault not the quality of the replacement. Something that Russell Hobbs need to think about. Overall service excellent
