  The website was easy to use and identified the part I needed quickly and easily. The how to video was excellent. I wouldn't have been able to do the job without it. The drain pump arrived as arranged, and fitting took less than an hour saving a fortune. Will always go to e spares first.

  LG Washing machine 13220fd 26 January 2015

  All works great but becareful it has two pumps off the same filter one pumps water out when empty and the other pump water to spray water on top of the washing. Espares video bang on and very easy to follow just having got it apart if I had know this I would have replaced both pumps at this price. Not a real issue something to watch for that's all.

  Great replacement for LG WM14225FD 05 January 2015

  Perfect replacement pump, write down or take a photo of the wiring connections, if you don't brown goes to L drain pump, Blue to L circulation pump, black to N on both pumps. To identify the drain pump it has the larger hose attached.

  Like new 04 December 2014

  The old pump power was reduced in time. After about one year could not pump out the water. The new pump is easy to installed: two screws for the front lower shield, three screws to loosen the pump assembly and three screws for the pump itself. A 20 min job.

  same shape and fitting as old one, access to replace could have been easier, but cant blame the pump for that. faulty washing machine cured.

  Turned out okay! 12 March 2014

  It wasn't the whole pump that I ordered but just one of the motors that are on either side of the pump. I worked out which motor was for drainage and swapped that and now the washer is okay so I guess alls well that ends okay!!!
