  Old safety lock had to be forceably removed having stuck , thought of throwing steam cleaner in skip ,then found E Spares ,great item and service . First place to go for spares . Great

  Great service from eSpares, as usual. BEWARE there is more than one Karcher valve. eSpares website will guide you to correct part as long as you know your model. I ordered incorrectly but eSpares team located correct part and refunded when I returned the wrongly ordered item. Replacement arrived very quickly. +++++
