I was considering replacing my fridge freezer until I found this part at espares! Their search engine is brilliant. Fast and courteous service, well pleased.

Excellent Customer Service 05 January 2022
Purchased above and was delivered by Royal Mail. The packaging although intact showed signs of rough handling even with a fragile sticker on it. Upon opening the top freezer flap was damaged as it was cracked on the hinge. A phone call to customer services identifying the item was damaged and informed to return the item in original packaging with address label, printed off from website and posted at the local post office. Was informed by customer services, same day that a replacement had been despatched as per my instructions and would be with me in 2 days. Dpd delivered the package in supreme condition within a 2 hour time slot with no damage to the box or contents. I was really impressed with the efficiency which E spares dealt with supplying a replacement part.

Just what I needed 31 October 2020
Son broke our freezer flap so headed straight to espares. Was disappointed to see part I needed wasnt available till December but went ahead and ordered anyway. Was really pleased when found out it was being delivered before end of October. Fitting it was really easy and no more frozens slipping out.

I'm really pleased with this Top Freezer flap which I purchased to replace a damaged flap on a built in Howden combi fridge freezer that is about nine years old. Fitted in seconds, perfect fit without any hassle. Thank you E spares.

I didn't read the instructions and ordered the wrong part. But because the service is so awesome, I got a returns label and the right part ordered with absolutely no hassle! I will say though, that this replacement freezer flap seems better quality than the one that came wuth the freezer and I shattered originally!
