  I ordered the part last Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday! The part is still in the UK, I’m in S.Africa and I had this delivered to friend who is there on holiday so I don’t know about quality or ease of fit just yet. Will update you later. Thanks a lot.

  Resurrected my old discontinued panasonic bread machine 19 January 2020

  Having purchased a second hand panasonic bread machine five years ago .....3 loaves a week has left the mounting shaft unit with far too much play. The new unit is more than I paid for the original machine (bargain), but less than most second hand machines on sale at the moment. Thank you espares for stocking items discontinued by the manufacturer.

  Bread maker repair 11 April 2018

  Original part seized. Bread maker is now working as good as new. Had old part out ready and bowl cleaned. New part straight in two minutes came with new seal and screws. Tightened screws in turn little bit at a time so it rested squarely on the new seal

  Excellent service 05 January 2018

  I have no problems at all with the excellent service from Espares, and will not hesitate to use them again if I need to. My only problem is in removing the old part where the three holding screws have become locked in and I have so far been unable to shift them, which is why my 'Ease of fitting' rating is low.

  Easy to fit. Works perfectly. Very expensive. Just remove three screws to get the old one out and replace with the new one. It is important to get the new one exactly the right way round to get it seated into position.

  Fixed our faithful SD253 16 February 2016

  Bottom driveshaft bearing of our 10-year-old SD253's dough bin became very stiff and wouldn't free off. This replacement from eSpares came quickly, took about a minute to fit and has restored normal functioning, so we now have decent bread back again. A bit pricey but a lot less than a new breadmaker...
