  This item is NOT as Substantial as the original product as the pan it sits in is dual purpose for Grilling & as a roasting pan, therefore although it is ok for light grilling/toasting it is not Substantial enough to use with larger joints of meat.

  I ordered this product as a replacement for my original grill pan rack as the original was losing it s coating and going a bit rusty. Whilst I don't think the replacement is as sturdy as original I would say the actual design is better and fits the grill pan perfectly with no sliding about. All in all considering price and design I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.
