  New blade the answer 08 October 2012

  Told by a repairer that electric mowers were not repairable I decided to chance spending out on a new blade. The mower was vibrating badly and when I removed the old blade it ran smoothly. New blade arrived with usual espares efficiency and mower is now as good as new. very pleased with purchase.

  Perfect from end to finish 30 June 2011

  When our fan oven stopped working the first thing we thought was: "It's going to cost a lot of money to get someone in to fix it!!" We decided to Google our oven maker and noticed e spares as a supplier of spare parts. Just looking to see how much the element would cost, before adding call out charges and labour to give us an idea of the 'second mortgage' we would need, we had a look on the web site, where we saw the 'video' about how easy it was to replace the reasonably priced spare part; which looked too easy for a novice like me. It was also evry easy to locate the correct element from the plethora of same maker's fan ovens. So - praying to the Gods, we ordered the element and a spare blade for our now obsolete lawn mower, (for which many garden centre's said: 'we had no chance of getting and wouldn't we prefer a shiny new model instead?') and lo and behold they were delivered very quickly, during which time we were notified of the step by step delivery process. Could it be that easy - yes it was and we quickly had a fully working fan oven and the lawn looks a lot better for a clean cut with a new blade - again with the help of another video on how to cut a lawn correctly, (and we thought we had been doing it right!). We don't say this often - but the words excellence and perfection sum up our experience with e spares and we have put their web site address in our 'favourites' as the first port of call for any more spare parts we may ever need.
