  Washing machine miracle cure 09 September 2016

  Wash stopped mid-cycle on Friday am with machine full of water. I checked the error code online which pointed to the drain pump. It was super-easy to make sure I ordered the right part on E-spares. I placed the order on Friday and the new pump arrived on Saturday. Having watched the E-spares video, I had the old pump out and the new one fitted in seconds. We needed the whole assembly as the fluff filter was seized shut. No point buying the whole thing if the fluff filter is OK. Great service, information and quality. Thank you!

  Washing machine back in action within 24 hours 29 July 2016

  Excellent product, great quality, original Bosch. Ordered 4 pm Friday and fast delivery on a Saturday. Pump was easier to fit than I thought as I followed the eSpares video only to discover once I had wrestled the machine out and taken the the top and back off the machine that my model had a front plate and that I could have left the machine in situ and just removed 4 screws. You live and learn.

  Quality part, good fit, expensive 13 October 2015

  The video supplied by eSpares made fitting easier the part supplied included the fluff-trap and this required removing more parts than shown in the Video. Basically had to take off the front trim and remove one screw to remove the fluff-trap but it wasn't that difficult to do.

  Right part easy to fit... 14 April 2015

  Couldnt actually find this part listed for my Bosch washer but rung and spoke to knowledgable and helpful chap that found the part and sent me a link to order which I did. Part arrived next morning and wasnt exactly the same as the one I removed in fact it looks like Bosch have upgraded the part. Fitted perfectly in minutes and of course the washer is back to life.

  Bosch EXXCELL 7 washing machine drain pump 22 August 2014

  I cannot say it was value for money as it is only a small motorised pump but it is for a Bosch product , bit like Mercedes Benz spares not cheap but fit like the original part However delivery was within 3 days of order and it is a perfect fit with no problems so in the end well worth the cost . Totally fuss free and machine is now working like new . Thank you E spares

  Drain Pump 26 March 2014

  Very pleased with the product and with the help of the video and some common sense we fitted it easily in 30 minutes. Anyone with average DIY skills would be able to do this. I would go to espares first before calling a plumber next time.

  Better than new 10 September 2013

  Part was really easy to fit. One torx screw, two hose clips and a power connector. Washing machine is now quieter than when new!
