  Great value genuine spare 17 January 2018

  Very pleased with genuine Samsung replacement filter. First time I'd used e spares, and wasn't sure if I'd receive a genuine Samsung part. Price was less than Half that I had been quoted elsewhere . Fitting wasn't too straightforward . First attempt leaked! Followed instructions again, and now seems fine. Thanks for great service .

  Good product 02 April 2017

  Already had the same filter fitted to a wall in supplied brackets a year ago when the fridge/freezer was installed. Only problem with replacing it was working out how to get the tubes out of the ends as the instructions with the filter says "remove tubes from old filter". Doesn't say that you have to remove a collar first from the tube fitment on the filter and then push the fitment into the tube in order to release the tube!! It's easy to remove and fit the tubes however once you know how!

  Fantastic product , only downside is the fitting . Bit challenging to grip the clips as they are too small and dainty .

  New Style Samsung Water Filter 29 July 2013

  I have recently been using compatible filters because of the high cost of originals. As there were no compatibles available, I bought a couple of these new Samsung ones. I feel that the price is rather on the high side. My other concern is the new system they've adopted for holding the hoses in place ( a sort of circlip) - doesn't really fill me with confidence, I keep having a look at the filter to make sure it's not leaking. Otherwise I'm quite sure that as they are made by Samsung, they must be good.

  Reliable but tricky to fit 22 January 2011

  Good quality filter if pricey (have to buy one each 6 months). Trickest bit is getting water line off the old filter being replaced.
