  Saved the machine from scrap 26 October 2015

  The part I needed, the plastic 'plug' that fits into the machine end of the hose was not available as a separate item. Thanks for trying to get one for me. Without the hose, this machine is no more than a bulky vacuum! I subsequently bought the whole assembly which was very easy to fit, simply click in place alongside the main vacuum pipe, and the jobs a good'n as we say up here in the North. Not a bad price to rescue a good carpet shampooer from the scrap man, cos that is where it would have ended had I not been able to source this. P.S. Vax didn't even answer their phone - on hold for 25 mins with them saying how important my call was. E-Spares were most efficient and as helpful as they could be. Delivery was excellent. !
