  Excellent service, price & speed of delivery. Web site easy to use. I was surprised to recieve filters as well in the packs but pleased they were & i think more manufacturers should do it as it reminds you to change them on a regular basis & so keep the hoover working properly

  great easy to use and quick to recive will definatly use espares again ,we couldnt get the dust bags anywhere else so would of had to buy a new hoover if i hadnt found espares .
