  I use it because I have a Neff coffee machine - so don't want to compromise by using other products. It is however very expensive for 500 ml size Service from espares is excellent though.

  This Kettle & Coffee Maker Descaler is a good quality decaling product that leaves a lovely clean finish and no residue, odours or after tastes. The only negative is with regard to the packaging more so than the product itself as the packaging held no instructions or guides for use that are in English. The lack of English instructions is the only thing that prevented me awarding top marks to this product. A very good buy but be sure to find out the ratio and method of use or potentially you can damage seals inside your coffee machine if used wrongly.

  Seems to work very well, could probably be used afterwards to descale other items after putting it through your machine, before tipping away. I put the solution through our tassimo, then through our breville one cup. However both were only slightly scaled due to the water filters. Both were scale free afterwards. I dropped one mark for value as the price is quite high, but still comparable with other makes.
