  Product very easy to use. Bought a small brush to 'groom' it in to the corners as purchased to clean stairs. Will probably have to do the stairs twice as heavy footfall area. Very pleased.

  Don't use this if you are sensitive to any artificial fragrance. 10 February 2017

  I did my hall, living room and bathroom. I knew there was a fragrance but I had assumed it would calm down after a while. I tasted it all day...Went out for a couple of hours and when I came home the smell was still as strong as ever. Would not buy it again...Had to open all my windows and it was snowing outside...

  Pleased with the result 08 February 2017

  I used the product to clean a 20 year old rug that lived in the living room with a lot of traffic, including two growing children.The carpet is multi colour with large areas of white. I applied the Zorb and vacuumed off as instructed. Not bad, but showed up some stains, I cleaned all the stains with a stain remover and then repeated the cleaning. It came up looking clean (not like new) but I am very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this product but don't expect miracles on old carpets!

  Although my dogs don't go upstairs where the carpets are, the doggy smell still seems to get into the carpets. Hopefully this will help to resolve this problem

  Expensive and Useless 14 October 2016

  Used on a cream carpet. Did not lift any stains. was awkward to use. Did leave a nice smell but overall was expensive and useless. Back to Dr Beckmanns for me.

  Somewhat disappointing 11 August 2016

  I purchased this product to rejuvenate my lounge area carpet. There are a few small stains on the carpet but unfortunately this product did not lift these nor did it brighten up the carpet. It does leave a pleasant smell after use. Having to sprinkle it on the carpet, brush it in then after a period of time hoover it off is very time consuming especially bearing in mind the poor results. Very disappointed with this Dyson product as I do feel their hoovers are the best!

  Very useful item 18 April 2016

  Have used it on a red wine stain and it has worked very well. This is the only time I have used it so far.
