  Not the same part as featured in the video 10 January 2017

  Two things to say: 1.The part is razor sharp! Wear gloves, although this impacts on point 2.. 2. Not easy to fit at all. Connecting the spring between the two pulleys was extremely difficult and need nibmle fingers (which then were cut!)

  Easy repair, saved £££££'s 02 May 2016

  Once the top and side panel were removed repair took five minutes. now the dryer is nice and quite again and not screaming like a Banshee. As mentioned in other reviews, do wear some gloves as the edges are rather sharp. ordering is easy and next day delivery is just that, arrived 9am. excellent site and parts.

  Effective replacement 08 October 2015

  I purchased two wheels although only one was causing the screeching as I did not want to have to replace the second one later one. My machine is a Creda and although the pulleys are exposed when removing the side panel due to a mm difference they cannot be removed without dismantling other parts. Please wear gloves when handling these pulleys as their edges are razor sharp.

  Fit new Pulleys if replacing Belt 30 March 2015

  I was ordering a new Belt to replace the one that snapped and on your advice to also change the pulleys I ordered two new pulleys, when machine was opened indeed it was found the old pulleys were in need of replacement, fitting was easy, just remember you need to replace both.

  Bought two as no point replacing just one. Both arrived in good time and in good order. Hopefully espares might consider selling these in pairs along with the spring. Fitting was relatively easy even with my minimum technical ability. Great feeling when switched on and dryer worked. Sounds so much quieter into the bargain. Thanks for a great service.

  The cheapest appliance repair ever ! 19 January 2015

  The 'most difficult' part of the job was the removal of all the small self tapping screws to get access to the problem area but as soon as access was achieved it only took a few minutes to replace a new jockey wheel.

  Changed one pulley arm assembly about five years ago and that was a big mistake. I should have changed both at the same time . Anywhoo, the old one packed up so I opted to change both (The newish five year old one will be a spare) at the same time . Extremely easy to fit and are a great deal quieter than the old ones. Anywhoo, great products, great service and delivery , I opted for next day and received it 18 hours after placing the order,so well worth the cost as even when added to the overall price . Guaranteed and genuine parts so far better than other sites offerings. Have used Espares for a few years now and they are our first port of call when we need domestic appliance spares.
