This product doesn't contain caustic soda but it does contain caustic potash at quite a high concentration. Do you believe it will be less reactive when used on aluminium equipment?

As long as your oven does not have a self cleaning lining this should be suitable, avoid spraying on the air vents. spray on a cloth and wipe vents.
