Your machine is shown having an 'Aquastop' fill hose. This is a special hose with a electronic valve at the tap end to prevent flooding if the pipe freezes. This is not suitable and you require Stock Number: ES1123937

This hose fits nearly all UK and many European washing machines that do not use an 'Aquastop' hose.
Serial no 92113444 model no WMA 34P - the same question applies to the hotwater filler hose too!

the two ends of my inlet hose are different - one seems to have a filter inside dies this end fix to my pipework or to the machine?

It makes better sense to place it at the tap end to collect any debris for easily removal.
