We would suggest you try this in an area of the cavity that is not prominent IE under the turntable. Many cleaners can be caustic and although it says non staining it might change the appearance of the stainless finish.
I have filters that need soaking in a degreaser from the inside of the cooker hood. Whould this do the job? 1 Answer

Metal filters are normally an aluminium and may be damaged or plastic with carbon that cannot be cleaned but should be replaced.

You should allow between 30 and 120 minutes for the solution to work on the deposits but remove before it starts to dry out.

recent build up of fat etc on outside of fryer. I would prefer to clean it in one application if possible and then use regulary to maintain.

Stock Number: ES1431274 is a degreaser, try in a non obvious area to check if it marks or damages the finish of the fryer.

It is listed as being Biodegradable. Not corrosive, non-abrasive and non-staining so should be suitable. Check with your appliance manufacturer for conformation.
