    It is likely to be the thermocouple or a poor flame onto the thermocouple.

    Try cleaning the electrodes and replace any that appear damaged or discoloured.

Hi i have just fitted new Hotpoint main oven thermostat assemble but main oven lights but will not get hot as it should only small flame .i thought the unit was faulty ? . any ideas could it be burner problem ?
