- When cleaning the filters use a strong solution of disinfectant. I like dettol. This keeps the dust box and air smelling fresh. No more nasty vacuum smells.

Hello old cleaner wizard, you don't need these sticks in Dysons - they're only needed for bagged models which emit a musty smell!
