The door handle shows there are two holes on the hinge lugs but I also have holes on my freezer box door. Is there a pin that should go in there or is there a handle with pins on the lugs to fit door?

- I'm currently having an argument with eSpares about this. I ordered this part and it came with a plastic pin that fitted in the 2 holes. However, I fitted it wrong so when I tried to remove it I snapped it. I ordered another one which DIDN'T come with the pin which makes it pretty useless! They keep saying it doesn't come with a pin... I'm still arguing!
How do the door handle and door handle catch fit together? I've tried two ways and neither works. To complicate matters further, I can't now remove the handle and catch from the door. 1 Answer

We do not have any details on how the handle fits but these usually clip into position. However if you are stuck order Stock Number: ES1101406 as this is the door complete.
