my fridge /freezer keeps freezing at the back ,its is constantly iceing over at the back 0n the right side normally ,I have to keep knocking it off with scraper and its is about 6in highx 6in wide and 3 inch deep I turn the dial down but it makes little diference , I try to dig out anything with the defrost plug , can you help.
