The seal would only require changing if the seal was damage allowing air through which would affect the performance of the dryer.

Whilst difficult to find the exact part I needed, I eventually tracked it down. The website instructional video on how to fit the seal was very useful. Delivery was quick and efficient, (worth paying a little bit extra for) and the new part works perfectly. Stopped the condensation in the laundry room and staining of the tumble dryer door. Great result. Thank you. Nigel.
