i need a top door hinge for my fridge, as i face the fridge it is top right? is this correct then to order a right hand hinge or is it the other way round, and in fact a left hand hinge

The part you describe is the upper right/lower left hinge.

If your appliance is a built in fridge then it is normally possible to replace the hinge without removing the decor door. However as this could make it more difficult and all the weight would be on one hinge whilst you struggle we would advise removal of the door if possible.
