      Poor customer service
      I recently order a spare part for a Dyson tower fan, only to receive a part for a vacuum cleaner. In trying to resolve this issue I found I had to communicate via email as the customer support line was no longer in use. Each email I sent was responded to only after 24 hours( or more on some occasions) each time by someone different. The whole process of trying to return the incorrect part, and get the correct part redelivered was shambolic. I eventually got the part returned by communicating with them online via the app, but even this was poor as it kept terminating whilst I was trying to explain the situation. Needless to say unless absolutely necessary I will not be using them again!

      Good products and easy returns
      Good products and easy returns. The parts did fit, even though they said it wouldn't, so I ended up ordering 3 to try out to be safe. Would be helpful to have more detail like dimensions for products rather than matching to product / make only.
